MACHINE OPERATOR I

**Q'Straint** is the World Leader in Mobility Passenger Securement Systems. We are currently recruiting for a **Machine Operator I.** The Machine Operator I operates assigned machines according to equipment and/or production leader instructions to meet production requirements. **DELIVERABLES & RESPONSIBILITIES** - Operate assigned production machinery to produce products in an efficient and timely manner - Follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and job safety requirements - Final visual and functional inspection of product, as required per instructions - Identify and isolate any non-conforming product - Complete and maintain required production reports - Assist with ensuring the safety, cleanliness and maintenance of work area, equipment and entire plant - Involved in cycle/physical counts, as required - Perform other duties as may be required **QUALIFICATIONS** - High School or equivalent (i.e. GED), or related experience and/or training - Trade Education –2-3 years of machine experience (preferred) - Required to read and write English and follow verbal & written instructions - Ability to work effectively alone and within a team environment - High degree of accuracy and precision in performing work according to instructions and specifications.
