## Description - Starting pay is $19.50-$20.50/hour depending on experience + PAY INCREASE after 90 Days! Paid Weekly. - Hours vary each week but typically are Monday-Friday from **5 AM – 3:30 PM**(five 10-hour days). - Must be able to work additional mandatory OVERTIME on Saturdays (8 hours occasionally on Saturday) - Must be able to work varying hours of 40-58 hours per week. \*You find out every Thursday if you scheudled to work that Saturday & what your upcoming M-F hours will be. - Able to listen to your own music while at work! **SUMMARY** Under direct supervision, this position performs any of a variety of functions involved operating machines such as Robotic Welders, Benders, Brake Presses. Specific duties vary depending on assigned department. This position flexes in relation to the production demand. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.** - Operates any one of the machines used in manufacturing, such as Robotic Welders, Benders and Brake Press to manufacture steel and aluminum parts. - Completes each order accurately and on time. - Maintains performs preventative maintenance on weld equipment. - Performs basic functions on the ERP computer system (clocking in and out, work order maintenance) - Keeps work area neat and clean according to company standards. - Works safely and follows all company rules and procedures. ## Requirements - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum 6 months experience working in a manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - **Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.** - Experience operating metal fabrication machines preferred. - Functional working knowledge of general hand tools such as drills, grinders, etc. - Functional computer knowledge required such that one can log times and make simple transactions in the ERP system.
