If you are dependable, eager to learn, and looking for an opportunity to develop your skills and advance into a skilled trade, we want to hear from you. **What we can offer you:** - **Starting wage of $17.00 per hour** - **Second shift premium of $1.10, OT shift premium of $1.65** - **Straight shifts, Monday thru Friday, 5:30am - 2:00pm or 2:00pm - 10:30** - **Two weeks vacation immediately.** - **Attendance bonus program which earns time off.** - **Medical, dental, vision insurance first of the month after 30-days.** - **10 Holidays.** - **401k first of the month after 60-day, company match vested on day one.** - **$200 yearly for safety glass and safety shoes.** - **100% financial support to grow within an Apprenticeship Program in the skilled trades.** **Qualifications:** - Initiative and willingness to learn equipment, tools and processes - Dependability - Positive attitude - Basic math skills - Basic computer skills - Minimal English proficiency (fluency not required) **Physical Requirements:** - Ability to work from a height of 35 ft. - Ability to distinguish colors (can not be color blind) - Vision correctable to 20/20 in both eyes and depth perception - Ability to stand and walk up to 100% of the work day - Ability to lift and carry 30lbs. - Dexterity in both hands
