This role is responsible for measuring, mixing, and preparing metal powders, binders, and other materials according to established formulas. The operator ensures materials are prepared accurately, documented properly, and delivered to production while maintaining quality and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Measure and mix metal powders, binders, and additives according to production formulas. - Operate and monitor mixing equipment used to prepare MIM feedstock. - Ensure materials meet quality standards and specifications. - Maintain accurate batch records and production documentation. - Follow all safety procedures when handling materials and operating equipment. - Maintain a clean and organized mix room environment. - Communicate with production and quality teams to support workflow. - Flex to support production floor when needed. **Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - At least 1 year of previous manufacturing or material mixing experience preferred. - Experience in Metal Injection Molding, powder handling, or batching processes is a plus. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production formulas. - Ability to lift 40 lbs. or more and work in a manufacturing environment.
