Job Title: Production Operator — (Swing Shift) Pay Rate: Direct Hire starting pay $23/hr (Swing Shift 3PM–11:30PM or 2PM–10:30PM 5 x 10s) $2-$3 pay bump after 90 days. About the role: We are hiring production operators for our client. This is a hands-on, fast-paced production role operating heavy industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment. If you're someone who takes pride in their work, isn't afraid to get their hands dirty, and is looking for consistent hours with strong pay this is the opportunity for you. Shift & schedule Swing shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Schedule: 5 days x 10-hour shifts Must be open to occasional overtime and extended hours when needed What you'll be doing Operating heavy and industrial production machinery Working in a hands-on, physical manufacturing environment Following safety protocols and production standards Maintaining a steady pace to meet production goals Working as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly Keeping work area clean and organized throughout the shift What we're looking for Comfortable operating heavy or industrial equipment Willing to work in a physically demanding, dirty production environment Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Available for swing shift and flexible on hours when needed Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required Consistent 50-hour work weeks Opportunity to grow with the client long term How to apply Apply directly through this posting or contact us at support@autonomystaffing.com.
