Machine Operator - Arch Wires Operator - 1st Shift

**Job Summary:** Manufacture arch wires from raw material into finished goods **Duties & Responsibilities:** - Run a machine to wrap wire onto a mandrel, put the mandrel of material into a salt bath, cut and deburr material - Run multiple ultrasonic machines - Use a computer to laser mark ID lines onto the wires - Inspect wires for size, shape, and any defects - Scale material and issue material to work order using a scanner - Take measurements of wire using a micrometer or caliper - Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent - Basic reading, math and computer skills - Experience with calipers, micrometers, toolmakers microscope - 2 years' experience in direct manufacturing - Must be able to stand for up to 8 to 10 hours per day - Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds - Must be able to look at small parts for extended periods of time **Competitive Pay & Benefits:** - Paid vacation and 11 paid holidays - Medical, dental, life and disability insurance - HSA and FSA accounts - 401k with company matching and profit sharing - Tuition reimbursement
