This role ensures that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely while meeting quality standards. Operators play a critical role in maintaining workflow and minimizing downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery and equipment - Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure equipment functionality - Inspect products for quality and adherence to specifications - Record production data including quantities, machine performance, and downtime - Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols - Report equipment malfunctions or process deviations to supervisors - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Collaborate with team members to meet production targets **Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent required - Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred - Ability to operate machinery and use basic hand tools - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - Good communication and teamwork skills - Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing production needs **Physical Requirements for Manufacturing Production Employees** 1.
