Join us and help run what runs the world. **This position reports to:** Production Supervisor \_\_ **Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)** - Job Description Summary Operates process equipment or machinery to convert raw materials or semi-finished parts into components or finished parts for a final product at the right time and with the required quality. - Job Description Core Responsibilities - Executes the assigned tasks according to agreed workflows and in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines and reports any non-compliance. - Operates machines in accordance with the operating manual, work schedule, and/or production order instructions. - Performs routine machinery set-up, adjustments, and repairs and fits simple replacement parts. - Ensures regular standard maintenance of the equipment, tools set-up, programming activities, and troubleshoots and reports issues, if any. - Ensures the availability of required materials to execute the assigned work according to the defined workflow. - Maintains a safe working attitude and environment while performing daily activities. - Maintains detailed records of machinery set-ups, repairs, and maintenance activities. - Keeps track of approved, defective units, and final products.
