They must have thorough knowledge of production techniques and the ability to produce quality-building parts. - Understands and follows safety rules and precautions necessary for working in and around a manufacturing environment - Ability to set-up and operate machinery and equipment to cut, punch, form, or paint quality finished or semifinished parts - Ability to operate computerized equipment and material handling equipment - Performs routine preventive maintenance, adjustments, and lubrication on equipment and production tools as required to maintain proper operation - Marks part numbers, order numbers, and the number of pieces on parts - Attaches identification tags as required for customer to have the ability locate correct parts - Interprets blueprints, specifications, and other technical data to select the correct raw material or semifinished parts - Maintains continuous improvement practices in work area - May be assigned other projects and duties as designated by Team Leader ## Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) - Some knowledge of a manufacturing environment - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist - Mobility – Prolonged periods of time on feet, standing, bending, etc - Exposure – Moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and non-climate-controlled environment - Noise Tolerance – High noise levels ## Additional Information Site Address: 625 N.
