Machine Operator 1st Shift

**Benefits:** - Bonus based on performance - Competitive salary - Dental insurance - Free uniforms - Health insurance - Paid time off - Vision insurance 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM PST **Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent - 5 years + of experience in a manual machine shop or tool room department - 5 years + with Lathers, Mill and Grinders - Experience manufacturing tooling fixtures - Experience reading blueprints and work instructions in English - Experience with measuring devices to ensure the quality of the manufactured components Physical requirements are listed below but not limited to: - Standing- Frequent/Intermittent Up to 8 hours per day. - Walking- Occasionally/Intermittent Up to 8 hours per day. - Sitting- Occasionally/Intermittent. Lifting- Up to 50 lbs. - Occasionally/Intermittent. Carrying up to 50 lbs. - Occasionally/Intermittent Pushing/Pulling-between 50-100 lbs **Responsibilities** - Review, drawings or instructions to understand specifications of output. - Plan the sequence of necessary actions for the completion of a job - Take measurements and mark material for cutting or shaping. - Select appropriate machines ( Lathes, Mill, grinder) and load material - Select tools and cutting conditions. - Define and manufacture tooling fixture/JIG required to manufacture the parts. - Check output to ensure consistency - Perform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages - Operate the machines safely Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour # About Us The company is passionate about CX.
