**Machine Operator - 1st Shift Available!**

We are currently seeking exceptional individuals to join our production team as Machine Operators. As a Machine Operator, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to our goal of delivering top-quality parts to our customers. We have openings for new team members across all shifts, with the following shift times available: - 1st shift: 7am-3pm - 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm - 3rd shift: 11pm-7am If you are a diligent and detail-oriented worker who aligns with our core values of Trust, Integrity, Respect, Excellence, and Sustainability (Perseverance), we would like to get to know you better! **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure the proper packaging and labeling of high-quality parts from the production line to meet customer expectations. **Required Skills and Qualities:** - Exceptional attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Previous experience in manufacturing and/or plastic injection molding is a plus, but comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to prepare you for your role. **Physical Requirements:** - This position may involve routine walking and extended periods of standing. - Specific vision abilities related to depth perception and color vision may be required. - Occasional lifting and carrying of items weighing less than 25 lbs may be necessary. **Supervisory Responsibilities:** - None **Work Environment:** - The role is based on the production floor, which is an industrial manufacturing environment. - The production floor can be noisy and fast-paced, with constant movement of heavy equipment. - The indoor climate varies, with warm conditions in the summer and comfortable coolness in the winter. - Personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory for all production floor positions, including steel-toed shoes or boots and approved eye protection.
