As such, new requests for additional services may arise as the Customer’s needs change ### Scope of Services **Scope of Services:** - **Contracted at 8 hours per week** - **Requested schedule: Tuesday and Thursday 10-2pm (can be flexible on exact hours, if needed** - **Requested start date:** September 1st - **Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment (from a private, on-site office (remove if virtual-only))** - Conduct manager and clinical consultations - Support urgent or same-day assessments as needed and when available - Conscientious adherence to confidentiality issues, and the ability to act in compliance with local laws, regulations, and appropriate industry guidelines - Comply with professional standards and workplace safety - Coordinate and effectively communicate with Lyra team members and the employer's key contact - Develop and facilitate brief psychoeducational trainings or “lunch and learns” to employees (in collaboration with the employer and Lyra) - Participate in customer-sponsored events such as tabling events, customer-driven Lyra marketing opportunities, or customer-sponsored initiatives - Leverage the Lyra platform as the standardized tool for care documentation and schedule management to ensure program consistency ### Professional Qualifications - Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology from an accredited college or university ### Job Description - Unrestricted license (i.e., able to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor) without current, past, or pending disciplinary action - Skilled in exclusively providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT, Exposure therapy) - Experience with employee population is primarily manufacturing. - Previous experience delivering trainings, teaching, or public speaking - Full-time resident of the United States ### Preferred Qualifications - Experience providing mental health clinical consultation - Previous EAP experience - Experience developing content for presentations ### Qualities for Success - Demonstrates adaptability and a willingness to evolve with the unique and changing needs of our Customers - Demonstrates a high degree of flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of the member population, ensuring equitable access and effective support - Eager to learn and develop competencies in delivering new innovative behavior change approaches via technology - Comfort and demonstrated experience with technology tools used to create efficiencies in workflows and track client progress - Demonstrates multicultural competencies and the ability to operate from an individual frame of reference across geographies, diverse groups, and cultures - Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and…
