You'll become a trusted advisor to clients celebrating life's most meaningful moments while serving as a key member of our close-knit team. You'll help clients discover one-of-a-kind pieces, build long-term relationships, assist with boutique operations, and contribute to the continued growth of our business. They are looking for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a boutique environment, and wants to grow alongside our company for years to come. ### What You'll Do - Build meaningful relationships with clients through exceptional, personalized service - Guide customers through the purchase of estate, antique, vintage, and fine jewelry - Follow up with clients through phone calls, handwritten thank-you notes, and personalized outreach - Invite clients to boutique events and cultivate long-term relationships - Support daily boutique operations, merchandising, and presentation - Assist with social media content and digital engagement - Help maintain an elegant, welcoming showroom experience - Learn the history, craftsmanship, and unique characteristics of our curated jewelry collection - Collaborate with ownership to continually enhance the client experience - Support the continued growth of our boutique through outstanding service and professionalism ### What We're Looking For - Five or more years of luxury retail, fine jewelry, luxury goods, or consultative sales experience preferred - Experience building long-term client relationships rather than transactional sales - Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills - Professional, polished, and engaging presence - Comfortable working in a family-owned business where collaboration and flexibility are essential - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities - Self-motivated and able to work independently - Experience with social media platforms is a plus - Appreciation for fine craftsmanship, antiques, luxury products, or design is highly desirable - Gemology degree or similar training is a plus ### Who You Are You believe luxury sales is about relationships—not pressure.
