Position Summary: The Lunch Program Support Guide will manage aspects of the RVCS National School Lunch Program (NSLP) according to the duties and responsibilities below. This is a 10 month position, September through June. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Ensure readiness of meal delivery, meal prep supplies, and paperwork - Maintain Warren County Health Department and NJ Department of Agriculture/Division of Food and Nutrition food safety compliance standards - Pick up meals from Frelinghuysen Township School (FTS) - Support meal delivery to students/classrooms - Pre- and post-lunch organization - Preparation, cleaning, and sanitizing of lunch tables and/or trays - Maintaining records for the NSLP (including daily lunch lists, edit check worksheets, production records, etc.) - Communication, including menu review and ordering coordination, with FTS/Maschio's meal program staff - Other related tasks as assigned by the Leadership Team and/or Business Coordinator Qualifications and Requirements - Fingerprinting and criminal history background check clearance - Ability to maintain records and keep an inventory of necessary supplies - Civil Rights, health and safety, and other required trainings - Maintain confidentiality of student NSLP eligibility status - Reliable vehicle; valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle registration - Ability to follow directions and work with others in a team environment
