**Position: Lumper (Container Loading & Unloading)** **Location:** **Theodore/Mobile Area, Alabama 36582** **Pay:** Based on your productivity and workload (box count, weight, and other factors). The more you move, the more you earn! **Schedule:** Each warehouse sets its own schedule. You start when the client has containers come in and finish when your assigned container is completed.
