Lube Technician

**Lube Technician – Entry Level** The Truck Shop is a division of Small & Sons Oil – a local, family-owned company based in Auburn, WA. which has been in business for more than 60 years. We are a busy commercial truck dealership taking care of both Fleets and Independently Operated Heavy and Medium duty commercial trucks. Our shop is looking for a **Lube Technician** to join our team. No experience is needed, but we are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined. Our **Lube Technician**s perform a variety of minor services on commercial trucks including oil changes and other fluid replacements. These services need to be performed safely, correctly, and timely, to help customers get back on the road. **Job Requirements:** - Must have your own tools and toolbox - Basic knowledge of mechanics - Ability to work independently and with a team - Must be task oriented, organized, and keep work area clean - Must have a valid driver's license - Must be dependable, be on time, and ready to work! **Physical Requirements**: - **Occasionally**: Lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects - **Frequently**: Use hands/fingers to grasp, move, assemble objects, and manipulate tools - **Frequently**: Bend, twist, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl - **Frequently**: Stand for long periods, walk **Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm Job Type: Full-time Benefits: - 401(k) - AD&D insurance - Dental insurance - Employee discount - Fuel card - Health insurance - Life insurance - Opportunities for advancement - Paid time off - Safety equipment provided - Vision insurance Experience level: - 1 year experience preferred **Schedule:** - Monday to Friday - Weekends as Location: In person
