**Lube Tech Foreman / Lead Lube Technician** **Full-Time Position, including Saturday availability** **Pay: 65,000-80,000 annually with bonus opportunity** **Location: Cable Dahmer CDJR 1001 W 104th St, Kansas City, MO 64114** Cable Dahmer CDJR is looking for a Lube Technician Foreman who is ready to set the pace, lead by example, and help develop a high-performing service team. This is a working leadership position, meaning you will actively perform maintenance services while overseeing daily operations, ensuring processes are followed, and holding the team accountable to company standards. **Responsibilities** Perform oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, and routine maintenance services. Lead and mentor lube technicians in daily operations. Ensure all technicians follow established processes, procedures, and quality standards. Monitor workflow and maintain productivity throughout the day. Promote accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. Coach team members on best practices and continuous improvement. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with service advisors and management regarding vehicle needs and workflow. **Qualifications** Previous experience as a lube technician or automotive maintenance technician required. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures and inspections. Ability to hold team members accountable while maintaining a positive work environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
