# **Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – 3rd Shift (Full-Time) 12 hours** *Friends Homes – Greensboro, NC* * * * ## **Love Where You Work!** Friends Homes is hiring **Full-Time RNs and LPNs for our overnight (3rd shift) team**. If you’re a compassionate nurse who enjoys making a meaningful impact in a supportive, team-focused environment—this is the opportunity for you. * * * ## **Pay & Schedule** - **Shift:** 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM - **Schedule:** Full-Time (every other weekend required) - **LPN Pay:** Starting at **$27.00+/hr** (based on experience) - **RN Pay:** Starting at **$32.50+/hr** (based on experience) - **Shift Differentials:** Available for all shifts, including weekends * * * ## **What You’ll Do** As an RN or LPN at Friends Homes, you will provide high-quality care to residents in a long-term care setting, supporting both their physical and emotional well-being. **Responsibilities include:** - Administer medications and treatments per physician orders - Monitor resident health and report changes in condition - Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed - Maintain accurate documentation, including MARs - Supervise CNAs and support the care team - Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings - Respond to emergencies and follow safety/infection control protocols * * * ## **✅ Qualifications** **Required:** - Current **North Carolina RN or LPN license** - Current **CPR certification** (AHA or equivalent) **Preferred:** - Experience in long-term care or geriatrics - Strong communication and leadership skills * * * ## **Why Work at Friends Homes?** Friends Homes is a **faith-based Life Plan Community** dedicated to providing exceptional care for older adults.
