**Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)Long Term Care (100 Wing)** **Location:** Guardian Angels Care Center – Elk River, MN **Salary Range:** - **RN:** $38.75 - 43.55 / Hour (Based on Experience) - **LPN:** $30.44 - 35.40 /Hour (Based on Experience) **Job ID:** 33304 **Schedule:** - 10:30pm - 7am Schedule. - Part time, working 64 hours per pay period (2 Weeks). - Must be available to work every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) and holiday. **Position Summary:** The Nurse plays a crucial role in assessing (RN), observing (LPN), and monitoring the condition of assigned residents. They are responsible for promptly notifying physicians and family members of any changes in the resident's condition. They also supervise and monitor the nursing staff assigned to ensure compliance with the resident's plan of care and facility policies and procedures. **Job Duties:** - Provides dignified, respectful, resident-centered care for residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. - Responsible for assessment, care and services provided to assigned residents within shift worked. - Supervises and monitors assigned staff to ensure compliance with resident plan of care and facility policy and procedures. - Follow universal precautions, facility infection control guidelines, sanitation, and safety standards of practice in all work and activities. - Uphold confidential information as required by Guardian Angels Care Center policy and procedure as related to HIPPA. - All duties performed in accordance with current standards, guidelines, state and federal regulations. **Qualifications:** - Currently licensed as an LPN or RN in the state of Minnesota required. - Current CPR certification is required. - Prior experience is preferred - Must be at least 18 years of age - Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. - Self-motivated, ability to prioritize. **Benefits Include:** Competitive wages with credit for experience.
