## Description ### **Job Description** Functioning under the clinical guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer, the staff nurse (LPN) participates in the assessment and care of clinic patients. This involves a variety of tasks requiring judgment born of solid knowledge and expertise in general nursing theory. The duties include, but are not limited to: - Thorough documentation in electronic health record at every visit. - Maintains a clean environment - Injections administered using the 7 patient administration rights - Timely call backs to patients - Assists with referrals as needed - Daily checking and response to email communications - Daily team huddles - Active, positive interaction with healthcare delivery team ### **Education and Experience** - License to work as an LPN in the State of South Carolina - LPN Associate degree/diploma - BLS certification - Six to twelve months experience in a community health center or family practice setting is strongly preferred. ### **Location** Hartsville, SC (Pediatrics) ### **Hours** Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. **\*\*\*\*\*\*$5,000 Sign - On Bonus Available\*\*\*\*\*\*** *CareSouth Carolina is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals.
