Together we are the best place to get care and the best place to give care. **Job Summary** The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for pre-visit planning, standard rooming responsibilities, assisting with procedures, discharge instructions and carries out both administrative and clinical tasks as directed by a medical provider. This position is instrumental in helping the patient feel at ease while collaborating with the provider throughout the patient's visit. **What you will do** - Room patients, perform and document vital signs and patient backgrounds. - Coordinate provider schedules and appointments, enter orders and prepare patient charts. - Instruct patients and families as directed within scope of licensure or certification. - Prepare patients and assist medical providers with in-office procedures and prepare and administer medications/immunizations. - Maintain exams rooms and equipment to be within infection control standards. Ensure appropriate levels of medical supplies for each patient room. **Experience Qualifications** - Current clinical experience as a licensed practical nurse.
