This client requires tracheostomy and ventilator care , making this a rewarding opportunity to provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care in the home. No trach/vent experience? No problem! BAYADA provides paid, hands-on training with experienced clinicians, giving you the confidence and support you need to care for this client successfully. This case offers overnight shifts (12 hours) , providing consistency and the opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with your client while making a lasting impact on their quality of life.
