As a Low Voltage Home Systems Technician, you’ll power the systems that protect what matters most - installing, configuring, and troubleshooting smart home technology and products while building customer trust through precision, expertise, and service. **What you should know about our team:** Our Field Operations team is the hands-on force that brings our smart security solutions to life. From installation and service to troubleshooting and customer education, these team members are the face of our company in homes and businesses across the country. **What you will do:** You’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through the installation and support of advanced low-voltage systems (under 50V). You’ll work hands-on in customer homes, ensuring systems are installed, tested, and configured for optimal performance and reliability. You’ll be at the forefront of building customer trust through quality workmanship, technical expertise, and clear communication.
