Lot Porter Department: Sales Location: Cumberland Kia – Cookeville, TN Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary Cumberland Kia is seeking a dependable and motivated Lot Porter to help maintain the appearance and organization of our dealership. This position plays an important role in creating a great first impression for our customers by ensuring our inventory is clean, organized, and ready for display. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Organize and maintain new and pre-owned vehicle inventory on the lot. - Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership property. - Wash, fuel, and prepare vehicles for customer deliveries. - Ensure vehicles are properly merchandised and displayed. - Assist with dealer trades and vehicle transfers. - Maintain a clean and professional appearance throughout the dealership. - Perform general lot maintenance and assist other departments as needed. - Follow all dealership safety procedures and driving policies. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. - Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles. - Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. - Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods. - Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
