Logistics Operator

With our passion, creativity, and innovation, “*We capture what moves*”. We have an immediate opening at our Parsippany, NJ warehouse for an experienced **Logistics Operator** to join our team! The Logistics Operator will be involved in multiple tasks associated with logistics including but not limited to shipping, receiving, sample pulling, data entry, and material handling. **Key competencies:** Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Mathematical Skills including Weights and Conversions, Understanding of Supply Chain Activities, and Computer Skills. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Maintain strict adherence to equipment SOPs, GMP standards, and documentation requirements. - Adhere to all safety protocols, including use of engineering controls and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe workplace for all employees. - Assisting with the shipment of finished products to customers according to customer order requirements, ensuring accurate paperwork, labeling, and on-time delivery - Assisting with receiving all raw materials and supplies into the warehouse, check condition of materials and accuracy of paperwork, and provide sample to Quality Control. - Communicate effectively with Customer Service, Purchasing, Quality, Regulatory, Production, Planning and Carriers on a daily basis or as needed - Maintain inventory integrity and good housekeeping in the warehouse. - Other duties as assigned by management. - Consistent with **MANE’s** environmental commitments, employees will engage in awareness and practical training, relevant to job-related and job-specific roles and responsibilities, in order to adhere to applicable environmental policies, procedures, and best practices. - Consistent with **MANE’s** environmental commitments, every employee shall actively participate in relevant education/training based upon corporate and local environmental objectives. Diploma or equivalent required - 1-2 years of shipping, receiving, and warehouse experience preferred. - Flavor and fragrance industry is also a plus but not required - Forklift and Dangerous Goods (hazmat) experience preferred. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, geographic location, and applicable legal considerations.
