Key Responsibilities - Dive deep into the intricacies of current accounts assigned by sales representatives, mastering all the details. - Develop expertise in our cutting-edge Transportation Management System (TMS) and leverage its full potential. - Efficiently schedule appointments and accurately input shipment details for all relevant loads. - Keep internal and external portals up to date with shipment information to ensure transparency and accuracy. - Proactively track shipment progress and provide timely updates to all stakeholders involved. - Address customer inquiries regarding shipment statuses with professionalism and clarity. - Work collaboratively with sales representatives to deliver seamless and personalized account servicing.
