Logistics is a critical part of that trajectory. Every shipment plays a role in protecting trust, reducing downtime, and ensuring providers receive the right equipment, on time, and fully compliant. What You’ll Do: - Coordinate and manage shipping logistics for medical aesthetic devices, consumables, and accessories - Track, trace, and troubleshoot shipments with a proactive mindset, especially high-priority or time-sensitive orders - Interface daily with our sales team, fulfillment partners, and customers to ensure seamless communication and delivery execution - Maintain accuracy in shipment records, inventory tracking, and product flow - Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities in freight and fulfillment operations - Support logistics process improvements as the company scales—build playbooks, optimize workflows, and document procedures - Expect to help the team hit critical timelines, manage launches, and handle urgent issues What We’re Looking For: - 1-3 years of logistics experience - Proficiency with inventory and order management systems - Excellent communication skills—you’re clear, responsive, and professional under pressure - Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and remain detail-oriented in a fast-moving environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a self-starter mentality - Willingness to be on call for early, late, or weekend shipment coverages. - Communicative forward thinker, willing to ask questions and communicate issues with the team as appropriate.
