## Company Description On-Site 1 Yr Contract pay rate: $26/hr DOE **Korean Bilingual Required** ## Job Description - Collect claim data from various data sources. - Analyze claim data to report on claim trends, recovery/claim ratio, and other situational forecasts. - Provide additional data as requested by company and Management. - Monitor aging claim status and provide frequent notifications to team members regarding outstanding claims exceeding 120 days. - Obtain relevant transportation/claim data using systems such as NERP, SAP, WMP, TMS, and Cello. - Collect and organize data for daily/weekly/monthly progress reports. - Prioritize and execute any ad hoc reporting and special project requests. - Design, implement, automate, and maintain large scale enterprise data ETL processes. - Consistently meet strict deadlines set by management with a strong sense of responsibility. ## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or equivalent experience. - **A minimum of 1-2 years of data analytics experience. Transportation/Logistics experience preferred.** - **Korean Bilingual Required** - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. - Ability to read, interpret, and simplify complex information from various sources into clear and understandable formats. - Strong critical thinking and planning ability; balancing accountabilities; flexibility to work in a fast-paced, team environment. - Advanced knowledge of analytical skills in Microsoft Excel (PIVOT, VLOOKUP, seasonal index, IF functions, etc.) for reporting to management. - Ability to collaborate and share tasks to maximize efficiency towards common goals. ## Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
