Job Title: Specialist Locum Podiatrist Banding: Band 6 Location: North London Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing Hourly Rate: £25-27 per hour Working Hours: 0.8 WTE (approximately 30 hours per week) Job Overview Pulse is currently seeking an experienced Band 6 Podiatrist to work for an NHS client in North London. This role involves delivering high-quality podiatry care to a diverse patient population, including high-risk individuals requiring specialist skin and nail care, nail surgery, and wound management. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary podiatry service, contributing to a wide range of clinical areas including routine care, domiciliary visits, MSK foot conditions, and diabetic foot care. Key Responsibilities Provide specialist podiatry care including skin and nail treatment for high-risk patients. Perform nail surgery and support wound care management. Deliver care across community, clinic, and domiciliary settings. Work collaboratively within the podiatry and wider healthcare team. Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation. Qualifications and Experience HCPC registered Podiatrist. Previous experience at Band 6 level or equivalent. Competence in nail surgery and wound care management.
