Greet and assist customers in the loaner process with a positive, professional attitude. Coordinate with the service department to meet customer needs and ensure timely return of loaner vehicles. Maintain accurate records of loaner vehicles, including condition reports, mileage, and contracts. Inspect loaner vehicles upon return for any damages or issues. Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies regarding loaner vehicles. What We’re Looking For: Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
