Some of our current award programs include: - Perfect Attendance Awards - "Quick" 30-day Holiday Pay qualification period - 3rd and 4th week of vacation pay for length of services - Tuition Reimbursement for qualified programs ## Description ### ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Must be able to read daily schedule and prepared Bills of Material and pull warehoused parts and inventory to be place on buggies on a per style basis. Will be required to drive a Forklift. ### JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Must learn to read daily schedule and various styles listed. - Must have knowledge and ability to learn how to perform all loader job duties. - Must begin each shift by completing a daily check list for forklift in operations. - Powered Industrial Truck “Forklift” certification required (successful completion required upon acceptance of position). - Properly load machines and observe safety rules. - Load blowfill machines with fiber. - Unload supply trucks and submit paperwork of office. - Communicates with blowfill supervisor or lead as needed on questions or problems that occur while performing job. - Use all equipment in a safe manner to ensure the safety of self and co-workers. - Maintain clean and organized workstation. - Assist others when necessary. - Perform any other duties as assigned. ## Requirements **EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED** - Basic reading and writing skills required. - Ability to read, understand and communicate the English language. - Must be able to correctly identify colors. - Must be able to read tape measure **SAFETY** - Personal Protection Equipment should be worn at all times within the department as well as throughout the plant where designated. - Safety is enforced each day to prevent any accidents.
