**The Courville at Nashua** is a Senior Healthcare Community in Nashua, NH. We are locally owned and operated and committed to providing personalized service and care. We’re looking for experienced **Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs)** to join our dedicated staff: - **FT 7a-3p** - 40 hrs/week - Every other weekend; every other holiday - **FT 3p-11p** - +$2/hr Shift Diff - 40 hrs/week - Every other weekend; every other holiday - **Per Diem**positions - Min 4 shifts/mo - +$6/hr weekend Shift Diff - Active New Hampshire LNA license required - We'll pay NH fees for CNA candidates (upon hire) **Responsibilities**: - Provide companionship, personal care, and assistance with ADLs - Dependability and good communication are essential for this position - Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff; including bathing (including use of whirlpool tub), dressing, assisting with dining and ambulation program - Assist with transporting residents to and from meals, activities, and appointments - Answer call lights and make rounds regularly to ensure residents’ safety and comfort - Observe residents and report any abnormalities or changes in condition to supervisor - Maintain a clean and healthy environment and follow Infection Control Policies **Qualifications**: - Active NH LNA license - Recent clinical experience, long-term care experience preferred - Ability to build rapport with residents - Punctual, dependable work ethic - Compassionate and caring demeanor - Ability to work well in teams to provide a positive care environment - Excellent communication skills and command of the English language - Ability to follow written and oral instructions - Must be able to safely and successfully perform job-related functions with or without reasonable accommodations required by Federal, State or Local law. **Benefits** include competitive wages, medical/dental insurance, earned time, 401K, and a flexible spending account.
