LIVE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

### Description *Position at Pilgrim's* **Job Title:** Live Operations Coordinator **Schedule:** Monday through Friday 1^st^ shift 8am to 5pm **Location:** Nashville AR BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES: - Preparing company farm and grower payroll weekly - Daily, weekly and monthly production reporting using Mtech - Communication between department manager, service techs, farms, internal and external customers - Record keeping and filing of confidential materials - Assist with scheduling and coordinating chick deliveries - Maintain farmer/grower information and update as needed - Maintain monthly and annual placement schedules - Other duties as assigned BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - 1-2 years related experience - Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) - Experience in SAP and Mtech is preferred - Must be able to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment - Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Must be organized and detail minded - Must have customer service skills - Confidentiality a must EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of college preferred **EOE, including disability/vets**
