Litigation Paralegal

San Francisco complex litigation boutique firm is seeking a paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in complex litigation, class actions are a plus. The paralegal team supports both the San Francisco and East Coast offices. Duties include but are not limited to: - Motion drafting (state and federal court) - Cite checking - Fact checking - Legal research and investigation - Legal analysis - Document review - Trial Preparation and participation Requirements include: - Ability to work with numbers - A background or interest in finance - Experience in legal research - Experience in court filings and ability to research and identify court rules in various jurisdictions - Self-direction - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work as part of team and take direction - An interest in plaintiffs' work and complex class action litigation - Ability to work overtime as needed The firm provides excellent benefits and a congenial environment, and a hybrid work schedule, one to two days a week from home.
