This role sits at the center of our risk strategy, with direct impact on how we proactively manage litigation exposure, respond to regulatory scrutiny, and scale a best-in-class complaint management program in a highly regulated environment. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will serve as the primary legal lead for all litigation and escalated dispute matters—partnering closely with teams across compliance, operations, and risk, while leading and optimizing our use of outside counsel. You’ll play a key role in translating litigation trends and complaint insights into practical, forward-looking solutions that protect the business while supporting business objectives.
