We're looking for bright, enthusiastic individuals, who will bring a strong work ethic and eagerness to grow alongside the firm. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Drafting of motions, briefs, and memorandums of law - Conducting legal research - Responding to relevant discovery related requests and motion practice - Maintaining responsibility for all aspects of respective contested cases, including devising legal strategies and executing on legal strategies - Completing initial review of documents related to litigated cases - Oversee support staff and review their work **REQUIREMENTS** - 2-5+ years of experience independently handling contested motion practice **APPLICANT SKILLS** - Superior writing, legal research, and analytic skills - Ability to identify and resolve legal issues quickly and proficiently - Attention to detail and organization - Able to manage a heavy workload **LOCATION** This position is located in New York as full remote.
