Confidential Employer. **Job Description** - Represent plaintiffs in complex litigation, including consumer protection, privacy, insurance, and class action matters. - Manage cases from initial investigation through resolution. - Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery. - Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy. - Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances. - Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and experts. - Collaborate with attorneys across the firm on high-profile litigation matters. - Help identify and develop new litigation opportunities when appropriate. **Qualifications** - Active Florida Bar license required. - 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm. - Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. - Experience managing litigation matters with minimal supervision. - Excellent organizational and case management abilities. - Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced litigation practice. - Class action, consumer protection, insurance litigation, or complex commercial litigation experience is a plus. **Why You Will Love Working Here** If you're looking for more than just another litigation position, you'll find purpose here.
