The Literacy Teacher Coach will work directly with teachers and administrators to improve instructional practices, strengthen student literacy outcomes, and support a comprehensive approach to reading and writing instruction. Qualifications: NJ Reading Specialist Certification & NJ K-5 or P-3 Certification Candidate must hold or be eligible for NJ Early Literacy Specialist endorsement Ability to work in a collaborative setting. Knowledge of NJSLS and curricular expectations at all grade levels (grades K-3) and all content areas.
