Line Operator - 1st Shift

Triple Cities Metal Finishing is hiring for Line Operators on all shifts! **ABOUT THE JOB:** Setup, operate, and/or tend plating tanks Immerse parts in plating tanks for specified times based on customer specifications Read travelers, purchase orders, and blueprints Inspect plates parts for defects, such as air bubbles, flaking, or uneven coverage Work closely with the Lab to identify chemistry adds that are needed Scan jobs in/out of computer software Report all quality issues to Management & Quality Rack and un-rack parts Use machinery to test thickness of plating on parts Monitor condition of all equipment on the line Bake jobs, when required **SCHEDULE:** Monday-Friday from 7am-3:30pm **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:** Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day Ability to work independently and efficiently Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing Previous plating experience preferred but not required **BENEFITS SUMMARY:** Paid weekly Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Plan 401k Match Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Company Paid Life Insurance Policy **ABOUT US:** Triple Cities Metal Finishing provides a wide variety of surface finishing options to a multitude of industries including aerospace, agricultural, automotive, computer, electronics, household, industrial, medical, military, construction, and office parts.
