Compensation: $20.50/Hr Job Summary: Responsible for line scheduling and changeover coordination. Adjusts line sequencing based on visual controls from schedule/Kanban. Determine operators’ assignments based on sequencing and part specific needs to ensure maximum efficiency. Complete part production labeling, data input and reporting requirements. Duties and Responsibilities : Determine product needed by reviewing Kanban or schedule. Monitor and communicate hour by hour line performance to ensure effective schedule execution. Ensure safety, 6S, and quality standards are met for line. Monitor and coordinate material availability to ensure effective schedule management. Coordinate machine operator and line operator assignments to meet part specific standard work requirements and ensure production schedules are met. Immediately report any unsafe act or condition. Promote teamwork through effective motivation and respect for each team member. Serve as an active participant in LSS programs that promote continuous improvement. Must adhere to all company and location policies and safety rules. Required Experience, Education, Skills, and Abilities for Consideration as a Candidate: High school, GED or equivalent experience. Must be able to read and understand English. Must have knowledge of Oracle job data and labeling transactions in addition to paperwork / traceability requirements to ensure accurate material transactions. Must have previous line experience.
