We are the pinnacle of sports, events, and entertainment. **POSITION SUMMARY:** The Line Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting menu items with consistency, quality, and efficiency. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. The Line Cook follows recipes, maintains high food safety and sanitation standards, and contributes to a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen operation. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:** - Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards. - Ensure all food is cooked and served in a timely manner during service. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas. - Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. - Assist with prep work, including chopping, portioning, marinating, and other tasks as assigned. - Communicate effectively with management, supervisors, and other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. - Monitor food and ingredient levels; alert supervisors when supplies are low. - Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. - Support teammates as needed to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient service. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Must be at least 18 years of age - Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar role is preferred but not always required. - Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation standards. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail. - Strong teamwork and communication skills. - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed. - Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. **WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:** - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds - Able to tolerate extreme temperatures - Significant standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling
