You will be responsible for preparing all food items served to our members, carefully following recipe cards and production sheets in your preparation. As a Line Cook, you will work with a skilled Culinary team that ensures the preparation of high-quality meals and contributes to our member satisfaction. You will also assist with soup and salad preparations, and ensure that food is ready in a timely manner. **JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:** - Diversified kitchen and hospitality industry experience - Ability to work in shifts, in the daytime - Exemplary technical skills related to the preparation, receiving, storage, and care of food - Interest in ACF certification - Positive and energetic attitude - Ability to work autonomously - Ability to pass a drug test - Ability to meet physical requirements of the position, such as spending long periods of time on your feet, in hot conditions, and the ability to carry up to 50 lbs - Reliable transportation **ABOUT BONITA BAY CLUB** Bonita Bay Club is a private club renowned for the most extensive services, amenities, and facilities nestled in the center of Bonita Springs, Florida.
