Through our partnership with Charity: Water, we’re also committed to bringing clean water to one million people in Africa. **Lifeguard** Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a **Lifeguard.** In this role, you will be standing guard and saving lives as you enforce waterpark rules to maintain a safe and fun environment As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to **Lead with Love** guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari. **Join us for Open Interviews Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM. Check in at the Human Resources Office.** **Key Responsibilities** - Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times. - Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily. - Assist with opening and closing procedures of water park rides and park cleanliness. - Communicate with guests about attraction requirements and safety concerns. - Conduct water rescues and administering first aid or CPR as necessary. - Stay alert and regularly inspect pools and slides for any hazards or safety risks. **What We’re Looking For** - Must be at least 15 years of age - Not a certified Lifeguard? Not a problem!
