We nurture a progressive environment where challenging, empowered, and purposeful work is celebrated. **A Lifeguard Lead** serves as an on-site supervisor responsible for supporting daily operations and ensuring the safety of members and guests in the Champions Club Aquatics Center. This position provides leadership and direction to lifeguard staff, actively monitors pool activities, enforces facility rules, responds to emergencies, and helps maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for swimmers of all ages. The Lead Lifeguard also assists with opening and closing duties, pool cleanliness, staff support, and member questions to help ensure a positive experience for everyone who visits the aquatics facility.
