Cobblestone Creek Country Club, located in Victor, NY, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for seasonal part-time Lifeguards! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. **Pay Range:** $18.00 - $20.00 per hour **Key Responsibilities of the Lifeguard:** - Supervises and observes swimmers at all times to ensure their safety. - Administers first aid to minor injuries such as small cuts and bruises of swimmers. - Maintains amenities in and cleanliness of changing rooms, bathrooms and showers. - Assists in organizing clinics and private swimming lessons for members as directed by department manager. - Enforces the rules of conduct. - Performs pool maintenance to include checking chemicals and pool vacuuming. - Checks the first aid supplies and reports needed items to management in a timely fashion. - Organizes and monitors pool games at all times; suggests pool-side games. - Skims bugs and other debris from surface to prepare pool for daily use, empties automatic skimmer. - Cleans up and organizes pool area at the end of the day. - Maintains all necessary records determined by the department manager. - Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. **Minimum Qualifications for the Lifeguard:** - Minimum of two (2) years of lifeguarding experience. - CPR, First Aid Certification, various Water Safety/Instructor Certifications required. - Must be 16 years of age or older. **Other Qualifications:** - Regular and reliable attendance. - Knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and applicable health codes. **Benefits & Other Compensation:** This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms: - **Healthcare Benefits –** Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) - **Retirement Benefits** – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company’s discretion. **About Troon** Troon started as one facility in 1990 and has since grown to become the world’s largest professional club management company.
