Together, we make a difference in our community! **JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY** The Licensed Vocational Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Community/home health or medical/surgical experience, preferred. - Possess and maintain valid CPR certification. Must have obtained in-person with a practical skills evaluation as part of the final test. - Complies with accepted professional standards and practice. - Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills. - Access to reliable transportation. ### Benefits Mileage at full IRS rate
