Opportunities may include full-time, part-time, relief, leadership, and hospital-specific positions depending on your interests and experience. Compensation and benefits: Compensation: $30-40 per hour, for each hour worked Within the range, individual pay is determined by position, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Bonus package: $2000 CE allowance: $500-$1,000 annually based on position and tenure Health package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and disability Employee Assistance Program 401k � with company match beginning in 2027 Depending on location and position hired - up to 120 hours of combined vacation and sick time, plus holidays Personal pet discounts Additional benefits may be available based on location Your qualifications: Active and good-standing Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in Washington, or eligible for Washington licensure. Recent graduates preparing for the VTNE are encouraged to apply. Mentorship opportunities may be available depending on location. Prior clinical experience as a veterinary technician is preferred but not required - depending on the position.
