Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Licensed Therapist at **Sierra Sage Treatment Center**in Yerington, Nevada**✨** Sierra Sage Treatment Center offers residential treatment for young women in a safe, supportive, nurturing environment. Services include: clinical assessment, service planning, individual, group, family and milieu therapies, counseling, case management, record keeping and service coordination with a multi-disciplinary team. - Develops expertise in differential assessment, treatment readiness and change model, and motivational - interviewing. - Documents and assesses the effectiveness of specific interventions toward meeting the objectives and goals of the treatment plan. - Documents all therapy and contacts with clients and other service providers. **** **To be considered you should:** - Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect. - Depending on program location, employee must possess the education and current specific licensure required per licensing. - Obtain the appropriate number of CEUs each year to maintain licensure, if applicable - One year of prior experience working in a residential/school setting with at-risk students, their families and the Juvenile Justice System. - Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver.
