We're seeking compassionate, licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy to students ages 11-24 throughout California. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside schools, families, and community partners to help students thrive. Please note: This role is open to therapists who are fully licensed in California only; associate and provisionally licensed therapists are not eligible. Two Ways to Work at Daybreak We offer flexibility to fit your career goals. Most of our clinicians choose the 1099 Independent Contractor model for the flexibility and earning potential. For clinicians who want traditional benefits, we also offer a W-2 opportunity for those who consistently complete 17+ sessions per week.
