Responsibilities include: - Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems - Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, piping, valves, and plumbing equipment - Perform plumbing inspections and preventative maintenance - Explain findings and recommended solutions to homeowners - Prepare accurate estimates using ServiceTitan - Complete detailed job documentation - Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle - Follow all Massachusetts plumbing codes and company safety standards - Participate in the on-call rotation **Qualifications** **Required** - Current Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License - Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record - Residential plumbing experience - Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally **Preferred** - Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field management software - OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification - Gas fitting experience - Water treatment or water filtration experience **Why Doug Anderson Plumbing & Heating?** We're not a corporate chain.
